Who’s Heart???

Sunday, May 4th, 2008

It’s been a while since my last post, but it doesnt mean I havent been keeping up my photography stints.  I’ve just been a lil delayed with the posting 🙂 .  Today was my Dolce Dolce fashion shoot for an indie designer “Effie’s Heart”.  They sent us some clothing samples to model and it was actually pretty fun.  Actually we had some lovely shoes to go along with them too by “Cobian”.  I decided to go with a heavenly theme with a glowing type lighting which worked quite well.   Our very own Anne from Dolce Dolce was an excellent model.  Isn’t she elegant? 🙂  Next Event: another kiddie-palooza Birthday party 🙂

PR Webshots

It’s been a busy week for photo gigs.  Two weekends ago I took some great studio shots for profile photos for an event planning website.  Had a great time playing around with different lighting techniques and outfits. Need a corporate event to be planned?  check out www.vpevents.ca

Snap, Crackle, Pop Shots

Wednesday, December 19th, 2007

Last Wednesday, I finished up a shoot for a Chiropractor’s website.   I would say it went quite well.  Did a few portrait shots along with some Doc in Action shots.  It was different from my usual gigs, but well worth the experience!  He’s promoting a new service – making house calls for his patients.   Toronto’s very own Mobile Chiropractor!  www.mobilechiroservice.com  Check it out!

KPMG Mining Reception

Wednesday, December 19th, 2007

Just took pics for the annual KPMG Mining Reception at Sassafraz.  Ambiance was beautiful, staff was courteous.  Overall I would say it was a successful night!  I got to sample some of the fancy hors d’oeuvres which made the night much more pleasant 🙂  The lighting there was dim so pics turned out “flashy” but it was alright – i got some nice shots in there.  Until the next corporate event…!  Awin?

Monday, November 26th, 2007

Just took a whole set of pictures of my adorable nephews yesterday for their Christmas cards.  They were too cute!   Kids always brighten up my day.  First lesson learned – get a good backdrop! Gonna get me some mulsin next week!    Here’s one of my favourite pics from the session.  Toooo cute!
